CORE Group
CORE Group is a multinational general building contractor, with companies in Athens, London, Thessaloniki, Sofia, Bucharest, Nicosia and Warsaw. The group has its initials in May 2011 with the incorporation of the first company CORE Construction in Athens and through continuous development and upgrading, it now consists of nine companies that provide consistent project delivery in line with the elevated demands of our clients and the sector. We are experienced and able to offer specialist knowledge across multiple sectors, having completed over 700 projects such as new buildings, building renovations, fit-out works, reconstructions requiring extensive structural modifications and restorations of listed buildings. Our activity includes construction of stores and shopping centres, including department stores and branch networks, office and residential buildings, hotels with spa areas and swimming pools, bars, restaurants and leisure spaces and industrial facilities.
