The project concerned change in the occupation of an 11-storey office building to create a 5-star hotel. The interventions of the cold shell were radical, with extensive modifications and reinforcements of the structural system of the building and total reformation of the façades. The fit-out included the construction of 60 rooms, reception areas, a restaurant and spa area with indoor pool. There were also works in the surrounding area and the roof garden. The hotel’s features were dictated by the rigorous specifications of the Marriott Group. The architectural design is by the Greek office MTArchitects, the interiors concept design by the American office HoK and the MEP design by P / Kamarinos office. The coordination and supervision of the project was undertaken by Focal.
