H&M Med Cosmos

In June of 2014, Hennes&Mauritz commenced the operation of its enhanced store in the ground floor of the shopping mall Mediterranean Cosmos in Thessaloniki. Within a flat area of 3.100 sq.m., H&M’s new retail premises offer fashion collections for the entire family coupled with a rich home section. Despite the severe construction challenges emerging from the parallel operation of Mediterranean Cosmos and the extensive concrete works needed for the harmonization of the store’s cold shell according to H&M’s technical requirements, the project was completed in less than two months. Its architectural study belongs to mab architects, Agapakis Meleitiki & Associates designed all electromechanical installations.
