In October 2025, Core completed its first store in Italy. The project concerns a JD Sports store located in the city center of Bolzano, within the newly developed WaltherPark shopping center. The location was strategically selected, offering high footfall and easy access for the public. This project represents another significant step in strengthening our company’s international presence in construction and development of retail store chains.
