Residence in Ilisia

The refurbishment of the residence has focused on the rearrangement of sitting room, kitchen and balcony, in order to be combined in one unity with common design approach. The covered exterior space of the balcony has been expanded towards the internal part of the house, in order to be integrated to the daily life of the family. At the same time, the kitchen area has been opened towards the sitting room, by creating a united vision and more spacious set-up. The architectural design has been done by Mr J. Zaxariadis. Works lasted 30 days and included the reconstruction of spaces with new materials and elements of the new furniture equipment.
