Boston (BCG)

In March of 2015 CORE completed the renovation of the unique office premises of Boston Consulting Group (BCG), hosted within an outstanding listed building on 18, Basilissis Sofias Ave. date around 1910-1915. The project included the substantial renovation of all its four levels, occupying a total area of 986 sq.m., paying great attention to the preservation and visual enhancement of numerous architectural elements, while optimizing the lighting and acoustics of each office space. The architectural design of the new office premises and the enhancement of existing electromechanical installations were undertaken by Antonis Pantzekos and Dimitris Manousaki; the optimization of the building’s acoustics was assigned to Gottfried Schubert. BCG appointed CBRE as the project manager of the renovation initiative.
