The new headquarters in Kolonaki of the Swedish multinational clothing retailer Hennes & Mauritz were completed and delivered for use in May of 2013. H&M’s new office premises extend in three floors, with a total area of 800 sq.m.; the third floor accommodates the company’s showroom. Every element of the new premises was designed according to the fundamental values of the multinational conglomerate, promoting functionalism and aesthetics via simple and well-thought lines. The architectural design belongs to the Greek firm mab architects, while the electromechanical studies were carried out by “Horos” engineering office.
