In April of 2014 CORE delivered two new office floors within the building complex that hosts Leaseplan’s headquarters in Maroussi having a total surface of 1,290 sq.m. In parallel with the hot shell works of Leaseplan’s office extension, occupying in total 340 sq.m., several interventions were carried out in the existing five floors of the company’s premises. The project was completed within 45 days without affecting the daily operation, or compromising the safety, of all building’s occupants. The project’s architectural design belongs to c-bute.
