In December 2017, the renovation and upgrading of PepsiCo office premises in the Administration and Factory buildings were completed. CORE carried out, within the agreed timetable, the fitting and refurbishment work of the office space on the ground floor, first floor and second floor of the PepsiCo Administration building, of total 2,520 sq.m. as well as the fitting and refurbishment work on the premises of the Factory building, with a total area of 418 sq.m. The architectural design was carried out by A&M Architects.
