Philips awarded the contract for the relocation of its headquarters to CORE. The project involved the renovation and remodelling of the new premises of 1,500 sq.m. to incorporate a vast variety of customised architectural elements in order to fulfil the needs of the employees and meet the expectations of the visitors. The construction works lasted 45 days within a densely populated office building. The architectural design was created by Alexandros Tompazis with exceptional functionalism and character. CBRE Atria Company undertook the project management of the entire initiative; the design of all electromechanical works belongs to TEAM.
