Visa Offices located on the 4th floor of The Orbit building at Leof. Kifisias in Athens. It consists of 460 m2. Executed under fast-track conditions. Extensive and demanding MEP installations. Strict time plan for the delivery of materials and equipment, as well as access of technical staff, according to the Orbit guidelines. A perforated suspended ceiling that had to be preserved across most of the space. The Orbit building is LEED Platinum certified.
