The store is located at the junction of Ermou and Evangelistria streets. The shell is a combination of three distinct listed buildings with a single study of views that makes an indication of their historicity. Its proper architectural lighting combined with bioclimatic elements on the facades marks the building and the shop as one of the main features of the central pedestrian street. In spite of the difficulty of constructing and reinforcing the bearing structure of a preserved shell, consistency in the implementation of studies has made it possible to establish a network of store functions initially incompatible with the nature of the building, which underlines the success of the renovation and reuses work as a whole.
