In October 2015 completed on Ermou Street, the largest store of the Swedish clothing company H&M in South Eastern Europe. This is a radical reconstruction of a neoclassical building of 1904 total area of 4300 sq.m. The architecture of the project design was carried out by architect Kostis Perifanakis, while all the MEP works was studied by Agapakis Associates.
