Following the previous phase, which included extensive structural reinforcement of the existing building as well as new metal mezzanines, CORE proceeded with the fit-out of the new H&M store in Limassol in November 2021. The store is developed on three levels, ground floor, basement and mezzanines. Internal patios connect the two Upper-ground levels, creating a sense of open space. The architectural designs are by Papa Architects while the electromechanical designs are by Agapakis & Associates.
