In June of 2013, H&M placed in use its biggest Greek store in Piraeus at the conjunction of King George Ave. and Filonos Str. The new flag store of the Swedish multinational spans in four levels of total surface 3.800 sq.m. The erection of each floor’s hot shell was effectively integrated with the preserved facades of the stand-alone listed building. All cold shell works were carried out along the execution of the store’s interior sections. The architectural study belongs to Kostas Perifanakis, while the electromechanical studies were appointed to “Horos” engineering office.
