In January 2016, the renovation of a listed building in downtown Athens on Ermou Street was completed. This new building occupies a total of 1,012 sq.m. in 6 basic levels. The ceiling best exposes its whole, imposing its distinctive presence on each successor. Cast iron, wood and plaster materials were used for its construction. Of particular interest is the composite interior as well as the metal roof support frame. The static design is owned by Yannis Marneris & Associates while the electromechanical installations are by Ath. Koutsikos.
