The new sustainable office building complex with 2 underground and mezzanine basements was completed, on Neratziotisisis street in the Municipality of Maroussi. The office complex has two independent buildings of a total area of 4.500 sq.m. correspond to the superstructure area and the rest in underground parking spaces with a capacity of 136 seats. The building has a LEED Gold Energy Efficiency Certificate corresponding to Class A of the Energy Efficiency Regulation Building. The office complex hosts the subsidiary of the Belgian chemical industry group Ravago.
