An independent entrance to the building, allowing for events to be hosted either in the lobby or the outdoor courtyard outside of regular office hours. This ensures that the main office areas can remain securely closed, while designated spaces remain accessible and functional for gatherings or events. Our business included structural reinforcements, earthworks, shell works, new facade with high security standards, interior architectural works, MEP works, landscape, roof garden, mosaic floors (indoors and outdoors), metal staircase, metal pergola. Additionally, there is a rooftop vegetable garden, designed with the concept of immediate harvest and consumption in mind—enabling employees to enjoy fresh produce directly from the garden, promoting a culture of wellbeing and sustainability in the workplace.
