NN Hellas

The project concerns the design of NN Hellas’ administration offices in the company’s headquarters building on Syngrou Avenue in Athens. The layout is characterized by three main axes: functionality, visual permeability and maximum use of natural light, based on the organization of the spaces. Three parallel zones were designed. The central zone acts as a reception core, creating a central ‘action’ around which the individual offices and meeting areas are arranged. Locating the reception in the center acts as the ‘core’ providing services and multiple uses for the offices that surround it. In order to intensify the connecting role of the reception, the curviness of the central item designed comes in contradiction to the strictly rectangular offices around it.
