CORE CONSTRUCTION has been an important partner of us since 2015, supporting us in developing our branch network, successfully executing projects throughout Greece.
In 2016 we planned the implementation of a difficult technical and coordinating project, which concerned the relocation of the group to new building installations.
CORE CONSTRUCTION has undertaken the complete construction of our offices in a 12,500 sq.m, building, eight underground levels and 10,000 sq.m four basements, with the main characteristic being the start of construction with ongoing design studies. The difficulty of the project lay in the extremely fast and inelastic schedule, which was defined by partial site deliveries and parallel staff relocations. The specificity of the Group’s operation in the building under construction was treated by CORE CONSTRUCTION with professionalism and responsibility, ensuring the safety of employees, the smooth operation of our departments, and the proper construction activity.
The incorporation of an additional neighboring building into the core facilities of the group, as well as a host of other complex issues added to the already burdensome program, have been effectively addressed by company executives, contributing their technical expertise and coordination skills.
