As project architects we herewith confirm that CORE has executed the construction for the relocation of the PHILIPS HELLAS headquarters in Athens, Greece.
The project dealt with the full refurbishment of a 2,000 sq.m. office floor in an existing building in the Municipality of Chalandri in Athens. Construction took place between February and October 2013. The scope of work included total replacement of all architectural interior materials and all M.E.P. installations.
As a construction contractor CORE proved to be reliable, technically experienced and capable of coping with all technical specifications of the design, and all administrative procedures involved. Their team performed all tasks with diligence, technical expertise, an efficient work force organization and willingness to cooperate with the supervising engineers.
